About the Role
Serve as a key member of our UK support functions team, helping customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional customer service and patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers every day.
We're looking for a Digital Employee Experience Consultant to join our team, focusing on optimizing employee digital experiences through Service Now HRSD. As a strategic roadmaps delivery manager, you'll lead a team of three and be responsible for hands-on configuration and platform development.
Key responsibilities include designing and architecting primary platforms (Service Now bias, with additional support for Workvivo and Docebo), resolving issues and incidents, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and collaborating with the People Technology Delivery Team.
What You'll Do
- Accountable for resolving issues and incidents through direct action or facilitating conversations with other parties.
- Identify and deliver positive change in collaboration with the People Technology Delivery Team.
- Develop employee-centric solutions for existing/new functionality and processes for primary platforms.
- Engage and facilitate active listening across teams, networks, and communities to generate new ideas for employee experience solutions.
- Own the backlog of changes for primary platforms, prioritizing delivery solutions, enhancements, and fixes.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate with other teams, departments, and colleagues on improvements and communications.
- Accountable for a small team of Analysts, acting as a people manager and coach.
What We're Looking For
- A strong understanding of Service Now, with knowledge of the HRSD product.
- An understanding of Workvivo, Sharepoint, Canvas, and Docebo is ideal.
- Confidence in requirements gathering, solution creation, and technical configuration.
- Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience with change management process or project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder focus, with the ability to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations.
