We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Stowe Place development in Lichfield. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans. You will also support and encourage our residents to participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits, as needed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess a warm and friendly demeanor, with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
While previous care experience is not necessary, you will have a willingness to learn and grow with our team. You will also have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
