Diageo is seeking a Commercial Revenue Growth Manager to support the Global Travel team in driving revenue growth and profitability across the world. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) related fields and a strong commercial and finance acumen.

About the Role

The Commercial Revenue Growth Manager will work closely with the Head of Revenue & Growth Planning (RGM) to identify key opportunities and support execution. The role will involve supporting F23 headline price increase implementation, identifying further pricing opportunities through market analyses, and reviewing shelf price execution and evaluation across accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the implementation of F23 headline price increase, working with account managers to implement planned NIP & RRSP increases.
  2. Identify further pricing opportunities through multi-lens market analyses, including the 5Cs: context, consumer, customer, competition, and climate.
  3. Review shelf price execution and evaluation across accounts, ensuring adherence to the promotional policy and governance.
  4. Work closely with sales teams and commercial finance controllers to ensure the embedding of RGM capability and processes across the market.
  5. Support RGM sprints, which define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, and channels.
Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in RGM related fields, with a strong commercial and finance acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability, and will be able to work closely with the Global Travel team to achieve Diageo's ambitious growth and profitability agenda.
