Commercial Revenue Growth Manager

Revenue Growth and Management (RGM) is a critical function within Diageo, driving commercial success across the globe. As a key member of the Global Travel team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's revenue growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial and finance acumen, with a proven track record in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) related fields. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying key opportunities and executing plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation of F23 headline price increase, working closely with Commercial Account Managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Conducting multi-lens market analyses to identify further pricing opportunities, leveraging the 5Cs framework (context, consumer, customer, competition, and climate).
- Reviewing shelf price execution and evaluation across accounts, ensuring alignment with Trade Investment & Promotions policies.
- Collaborating with sales teams and commercial finance controllers to ensure adherence to promotional policies and governance.
- Supporting RGM sprints, which define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, and channels.
- Embedding RGM capability and processes across the market, including the development of data tools, systems, and processes.
