Requirements
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role with at least 3 years of experience.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and draw insights to enhance customer experience.
- Strategic Development: Prior experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
