Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Planning: Plan resources, respond in real-time, and proactively/reactively plan operations.
  • Service Procedures: Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
  • Resource Allocation: Control resources and utilize assets to achieve targets.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service management or a similar role with at least 3 years of experience.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and draw insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Strategic Development: Prior experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
