About The Role

First Aid Trainer

Location: London

Hours: per week excluding travel (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evening working)

Contract: Permanent

Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a vehicle. Mileage paid.


Deliver life-saving skills and first aid training to individuals and groups, teaching them how to respond in emergency situations.

As a First Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering engaging training sessions that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Creating a supportive learning environment that encourages participants to practice and apply their skills.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their skills and confidence.
  • Traveling to training venues across the London area to deliver training sessions.

What We're Looking For

Do you have:

  • An engaging personality and strong communication skills?
  • Experience in teaching or training, with a passion for sharing knowledge and skills with others?
  • A Training or Teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one?
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals?
  • IT literacy and the ability to use digital tools to support training delivery?
