Data Cabling Project Manager

At Digital Waffle, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Cabling Project Manager to lead our data cabling and fiber optic installation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee data cabling and fiber optic projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects meet relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of professionals to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on data cabling and fiber optic installation.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of structured cabling systems, communication technology regulations, and health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on delegation and communication.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to handle contractual matters and manage budgets.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
