Requirements:

  • Strong project management expertise
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in copper and fiber network infrastructure installation and containment
  • Familiarity with structured cabling systems and relevant industry standards
  • Knowledge of communication technology regulations
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • Ability to conduct site surveys, design solutions, and provide cost estimates
  • Proficiency in project tracking and management
  • Excellent technical knowledge in data communications
  • Effective team management and delegation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness for handling contractual matters
  • Experience in resource management, including subcontractors
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as needed
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays if required
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organisational skills for multitasking
  • Collaborative team player
  • Relevant qualifications like CTPM, CNIDP, C&G, or health and safety certifications are desirable

Advantageous SC Clearance: Having or being able to obtain SC clearance will be very advantageous for military-based projects.
