Data Cabling Project Manager

At Digital Waffle, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Cabling Project Manager to lead and manage data cabling and fiber optic installation projects at large commercial, MOD, Naval, and X-listed sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee data cabling and fiber optic projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, safety, and budget compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as communication technology regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong experience in project management, with a focus on data cabling and fiber optic installation.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of structured cabling systems, communication technology regulations, and health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including subcontractors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Note: SC clearance is highly advantageous for this role, as the majority of the work is military-based.
