Data Cabling Project Manager

At Digital Waffle, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Cabling Project Manager to lead and manage data cabling and fiber optic installation projects at large commercial, MOD, Naval, and X-listed sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee data cabling and fiber optic projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as adherence to relevant industry regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of professionals to deliver projects successfully, with a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale data cabling and fiber optic projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of structured cabling systems, communication technology regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, with experience in handling contractual matters and managing budgets.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental: Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation, including Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
