Due to exciting projects, we have an excellent opportunity in our Escalator department. This particular vacancy is for an Escalator engineer / Improver in Major Repairs and Modernisation to cover the whole UK. We are interested in speaking to experienced engineers and candidates who would like to step into the escalator industry and gain qualification with OKB KONE plc.

To qualify for this vacancy, we expect you to have:

  • A mechanical background, with a passion for fault finding and taking things apart and putting them back together
  • Good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • A clean UK driving licence (we provide a KONE van after probation and training)
  • A willingness to learn
  • Good team player skills
