About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can cover the whole UK, providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for our escalators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in escalator maintenance, repair, and installation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement maintenance and repair plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in escalator maintenance, repair, and installation
  • NVQ3 qualification in escalators or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Clean UK driving license
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations
