Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Escalator Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Major Repairs and Modernisation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our escalators and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in escalator maintenance or a related field
  • NVQ3 qualification in escalators or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license
