Customer Service Specialist

The role of Remote Sales Agent at Getting In Limited involves working in a dynamic environment with various areas of the Centre. You will develop knowledge of various products and understand their functions to provide expert advice to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
This position requires accurately assessing customer part requirements, providing product advice, managing stock levels, maintaining accurate paperwork, efficiently processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Training and Development:
The training program includes a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at state-of-the-art training centres. Expert trainers will guide you through the training programme using e-learning, classroom learning, and practical application. You will gain both Apprenticeship qualifications and brand certifications, including Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard and TPS specific certifications.
