Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, and the wider university community. As an Enquiry Handling Assistant, you will work closely with the Enquiry Handling Team Leader to ensure seamless customer journeys and continually improve the service.
The successful candidate will be accountable for high levels of customer service and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing information to students, staff, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the wider university community
- Work closely with the Enquiry Handling Team Leader to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Maintain accurate records and provide information to students, staff, and other stakeholders
- Continually improve the service by identifying areas for development and implementing changes
