Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the events team to deliver exceptional catering services for corporate events
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
