About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Kitchen Table. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Oversee the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a similar role at Michelin level or similar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Passion for food and drink, with a focus on quality and excellence
