About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Kitchen Table. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred restaurant or similar establishment
  • Strong knowledge of classical French cuisine and modern cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
