    The salary for this role will be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description


    As an Agricultural Development Professional at MorePeople, you will have the opportunity to work on a unique grad scheme that focuses on developing your skills and knowledge in the agricultural industry. You will start by working in Staffordshire for 12 months, learning different aspects of the business from farm-level operations through to early stages of the supply chain. You will then move on to another location in the UK, with a salary increase to support you on your way to the next stage of your learning and development. After two years, you will join a leadership and development programme that will fast-track your career into people management and beyond.


Required Skills and Qualifications


    To be successful in this role, you should have a background in agriculture, a strong passion for the industry, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. A degree in a relevant field is also essential.
