Agricultural Sales Representative

As a leading provider of high-efficiency sustainable farming solutions in the agricultural industry, Timac Agro UK is committed to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (18-22 hours per week) at our office based in Bangor on Dee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales income from our existing customer base and meeting targets set by the Company for the Telesales Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling Timac Agro Speciality products to new and existing customers by telephone in line with the company policy
- Updating client details and processing relevant documentation relating to sales campaigns
- Meeting and exceeding Sales Targets as advised by the Telesales Manager
A competitive salary of approximately £**25,000 - £30,000** per annum (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission, 25 days' annual leave, pension contributions, Employee Assistance Programme, and access to our Employee discount and reward scheme, make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
The Agricultural Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Selling Timac Agro Speciality products to new and existing customers by telephone in line with the company policy
- Updating client details and processing relevant documentation relating to sales campaigns
- Meeting and exceeding Sales Targets as advised by the Telesales Manager
- Representing the company and its products / services in a professional manner at all times
- Complying with the Company's record keeping and time keeping policies
- Upholding Company confidentiality
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An agricultural or farming background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
