Book a Builder UK is the UK’s fastest growing online home services platform for both homeowners looking for tradespeople to undertake work on their home & for tradespeople looking for jobs in their area.
Due to expansion, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join our sales team in Rochford, working closely with one of our partners.
We are looking for dynamic, tenacious and passionate sales executives to join our successful sales team, this is an amazing opportunity to work within our exciting and growing business.
As a sales representative, you’ll be the first point of contact to our traders during their initial joining stage. You will be at the heart of ensuring that we deliver a first
- class and consistent customer experience.
You’ll discuss our levels of membership and provide the right solution for them
based on their individual needs, converting their accounts into paid memberships.
Ideally, you will have some sales experience, however, we aren’t always looking for someone who ticks every single box, we’re looking for aspirational people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
The role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, Sales Executives earn between **£30k**:
- **£40k **OTE in their first year, and our top performers can earn more than **£60k **OTE.

**Sales Executive key responsibilities**:
- Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (outbound calls)
- Building a portfolio of long-term relationships with your customers
- Check that the details provided are accurate and tailored to the customer’s
specific needs
- Creating your own sales opportunities, presenting the key features and benefits of **Book a Builder UK **membership
- Meeting own and contributing towards the team’s KPI’s
**About You**:
- Previous experience in sales is desirable (but not essential as full training will be provided)
- Passion for sales
- Professional and customer service focused attitude
- Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
- Great communication skills
- Able to thrive under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
