Job Description for Qualified Adults Mental Health Specialist Position

Location: Various locations across the UK.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: Estimated at £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

This role involves working as a mental health professional, providing support and guidance to vulnerable adults. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating care plans, and collaborating with other professionals.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Care Act 2014. Experience in safeguarding adults, report writing, and case management is highly valued.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in social work or a related field
  • Post-qualifying experience working in a UK Mental Health Team
  • HCPC registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
