UK Social Care Qualified Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Qualified Professional to join our Mental Health Team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with mental health needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans that address clients' unique requirements and preferences
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals, families, and carers to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination
- Monitoring clients' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting care plans accordingly
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Post-qualifying experience of working within a Qualified Social Worker - Mental Health Team within the UK Social Care industry
- Registration with the HCPC, as well as an Enhanced DBS/CRB certificate
- At least 1 year of post-qualifying experience in the UK, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies
- Eligibility to work in the UK
We offer a highly competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus access to a wide range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
