About the Job:

Duties:
  • Conduct thorough assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the safety of service users
  • Liaise with other professionals to provide effective support and guidance
Essential Requirements:
  1. Registration as a qualified social worker with the HCPC
  2. A minimum of one year's post-qualifying experience working within the UK social care industry
  3. Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (Ackerman Pierce can assist with this process)
