We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in Westminster, working with rough sleepers. Our team provides accommodation and support services to help people leave homelessness behind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct statutory social work assessments for individuals with complex needs
  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual requirements, collaborating with healthcare staff and charity partners
  • Perform duties as an Approved Mental Health Professional, ensuring the welfare and well-being of vulnerable individuals
Requirements:
  • A qualified and registered Social Worker with experience working with adults who have mental health problems
  • An Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) or willingness to obtain this certification
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
