  2. Organizing and conducting property visits to carry out health and safety assessments.
  3. Applying relevant legislation to manage and resolve cases.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, dealing with private sector housing issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of key housing legislation and its application.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Environmental Health.
  • Experience issuing formal housing-related notices.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and knowledgeable, with a track record of handling residential housing complaints efficiently. A strong understanding of housing legislation and the ability to work effectively in-office and remotely are essential for this role.
