We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Specialist SEMH Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective learning strategies.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting support as necessary.
  • Manage and support students with diverse behavioural and learning needs.

We require someone with experience working with children or young people in a SEN school setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development.
