Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Clinica Family Health and Wellness. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients, utilizing your expertise in trauma, substance use, and mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for individual patients or families, focusing on goal-oriented therapy and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of evidence-based practices, ensuring culturally appropriate care for diverse patient populations.
  • Coordinate care for complex patients with co-morbid conditions, collaborating with the care team and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Outreach patients to maintain engagement, assist with re-engagement, and motivate individuals to initiate care.
Requirements:
  • Licensed PhD or PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish essential, with sensitivity to under-resourced communities.
Compensation:

Approximately $71,703 - $111,642 per year, depending on level of experience and qualifications.
