Speech Therapist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Cygnet, a leading provider of health and social care services in the UK. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality SLT services to meet the needs of our clients.

About the Job

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: London, Greater London, England

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. We offer sponsorship and support for relocating from overseas.

Job Description

Cygnets Services: Our services cater to young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism, and learning disabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based SLT services to meet the complex needs of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices in SLT.
Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Full registration with the HCPC.
  • RCSLT membership.
  • Experience or strong interest in one of the following fields: Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mental Health Conditions, Acquired Brain Injury / Progressive Neurological Conditions, CAMHS.
  • Evidence of being a strong team player with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and passion.
