Job Title: Head of Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our Risk, Legal & Compliance teams at Howden Group Holdings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs to lead our compliance efforts and ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compliance oversight and guidance to business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
