Join Howden Group, a leading global insurance group, as we seek a skilled professional to lead our Compliance Monitoring team in the UK and Ireland.

As Head of Compliance Monitoring, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust monitoring frameworks, methodologies, and programs to ensure compliance with industry and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective monitoring frameworks to identify and mitigate regulatory risks
* Collaborate with the Risk Management Function to deliver support in relation to regulatory risk
* Provide relevant and timely management information to the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Management
* Contribute to the Howden UK&I Compliance Plan

Requirements:

* Experience of working in Policy Advisory/Monitoring/Remediation/Assurance across different aspects of financial services/financial markets
* Good knowledge of FCA requirements in relation to investment, pension, and mortgage products
* Strong regulatory focus and ability to apply judgement from a regulatory perspective
