Drive Business Growth with Bond Williams Limited: As a seasoned Technical Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers, building strong relationships, and leveraging our technical expertise to create compelling proposals. With a strong track record of developing and delivering new business in a technical environment, you will play a key role in driving growth and securing new business opportunities in the dynamic and innovative IT services sector.

Responsibilities:
Proactive Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with new customers, building strong relationships and develop tailored proposals to meet their unique needs.
Industry Networking: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build relationships with potential clients and partners, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities.
Tender Response Leadership: Lead the development of tender responses, leveraging our technical expertise to create compelling proposals.

Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar Technical Business Development role, specifically within the SaaS / IT support services sector.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT support services, SaaS, and service delivery.
Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering new business in a technical environment, proven history of achieving sales targets and growth objectives.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, maintain long-term client relationships.
Market Knowledge: Understand the IT services market, including competitor landscape and industry trends.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and make informed decisions.

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service, agreed target-based incentive structure, additional paid leave (dependent on company performance), company profit share, ongoing training and support, pension scheme, private medical insurance including dental, and ongoing training and support.
