High Wycombe Administrative Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in High Wycombe, providing essential support to our government client.
The Role:
- Sorting and distributing mail with precision and speed
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data management and document preparation
- Responding to telephone calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collating and analysing complex data, producing detailed reports as required
Your Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications, including two GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- NVQ Business Administration level 1, or similar administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Excellent communication skills, with strong written and verbal abilities
