Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Employee Services (HR) team in High Wycombe. This is a hands-on role involving the use of various personal skills such as relationship management and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and actioning all workflow relating to 'Work Assignments' by following a process guide.
- Utilizing strong administration, organisational and computer skills to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Computer literate with expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the business.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Flexible attitude towards workload with a willingness to assist and support colleagues.
