Support Worker for Autistic Spectrum Individuals

**Academic Support for Autistic Students**
We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist to work with students on the Autistic Spectrum at Reading University. As a leading provider of academic support, we value passionate individuals who can make a real difference in the lives of our students.
In this role, you will provide one-to-one support to students on the Autistic Spectrum, addressing barriers to learning and developing essential skills to succeed in Higher Education.
**Essential Requirements:**
- An in-depth knowledge of autism and experience in supporting individuals on the Autistic Spectrum
- A degree level qualification (2:1 or above) with completion of a specific autism training course
**Benefits Package:**
- A competitive hourly rate of £30.00
- PI insurance provided by First Class Support
- Flexible working patterns
**Working Arrangements:**
The working hours will vary according to the needs of the student and the academic timetable. Our support workers are required to be registered or become registered Self-Employed due to the nature of the role.
