Job Title: Building Control Surveyor

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' construction projects meet the required building standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Review and assess building plans and designs to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any building control issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on building regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective building control strategies to ensure compliance and safety.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Membership of a professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in building control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
