Care Professional Leader

As a Senior Carer at Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your role will involve supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPERVISE AND INSPIRE A TEAM OF CARE ASSISTANTS
- SUPPORT THE CLINICAL TEAM IN MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, ASSESSMENTS, CARE PLANS, AND REVIEWS
About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
