About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships and understanding the needs of the individuals we support

  • Social engagement and supporting activities

About the Individuals We Support:

Our team supports individuals with diverse needs and interests. James enjoys painting, feeding animals, and doing woodwork, while Jon has a great sense of humour and loves swimming and travelling. Jake enjoys listening to music and relaxing in his sensory swing, and Joe loves to keep busy with trampolining and shopping.
