Circle Group is seeking a skilled Technical Support and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of our internal servers and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and databases.
• Implement and oversee security measures to protect company data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and expansions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Mentor and support junior IT staff.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience managing and monitoring internal servers (Windows, Virtual etc.).
• Excellent experience with Windows and M365 technologies.
• Proficient with network technologies (Routers, switches and firewalls).
• Virtual servers (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Experience with Microsoft defender.
• Some Linux server experience is desirable.
Company Benefits:
• Starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
• Bonus of 5 - 7.5%.
