This role will sit within our in-house marketing function and the successful candidate will be required to lead on HubSpot email marketing, digital campaigns, CRM implementation and HubSpot strategy across LMP Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the use of HubSpot daily for the 3 LMP brands
  • Drive marketing excellence through HubSpot marketing hub including email marketing, campaigns, ads, social, lists and forms
  • Prepare for the launch and implementation of HubSpot sales hub
  • Be the HubSpot Champion - offering support to sales and marketing team
  • Ensure all relevant tools are being used
  • Implement and manage marketing automation processes
  • Implement and own lead scoring across business units
  • Work with marketing and sales to manage lead campaigns
  • Ensure seamless integration with marketing tools and systems
  • Utilize HubSpot analytics to monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and ROI
  • Support Marketing teams to leverage HubSpot marketing tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure HubSpot is set up for success for sales and marketing
  • Set and manage governance of platform
  • Manage and maintain all forms, workflows, properties and naming conventions
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and project alignment
  • Continually assess and improve marketing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and marketing best practices
  • Support launch of new CRM system and leading on communication, planning and project management

Requirements:

  • Excellent up-to-date knowledge and skills of HubSpot platform
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in email marketing, automation and HubSpot
  • Proficiency in campaign planning and CRM management
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot marketing hub and sales hub
  • Some experience with digital, web, GA4, and PPC campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
