We are seeking an experienced Security Implementation Engineer to join our team at HubSpot.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security solutions that protect our customers' data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our security teams to design and enhance our security capabilities, ensuring our processes and tools continually strengthen our ability to protect our organization.
  • Implement solutions that enhance visibility and anomaly detection across the enterprise, becoming a Subject Matter Expert in our information architecture and the tools, policies, and processes we use to safeguard it.
  • Expand expertise with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions.
  • Utilize automation to streamline processes, focusing on both coded and codeless tools for repeatable tasks.
  • Gain experience with a broad range of security tool integrations and build sophisticated alerting and automated responses.


Requirements

  • Experience with security monitoring, log aggregation, designing alert structures, and managing SIEM implementations.
  • Implemented CASB and zero trust solutions in large-scale settings.
  • Adept at establishing baseline behaviors and detecting anomalies.
  • Experience with programming, particularly with Python and Bash scripting (a plus).
