Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Cherry Professional.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance on production machinery and performing site improvement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and fault-finding for machinery issues
  • Servicing and repair of equipment
  • Emergency response and breakdown resolution
  • Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Maintenance and repair of production machinery to maximize availability and minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • General education to GCSE level
  • Apprenticeship or qualification in mechanical or engineering subject (advantageous)
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environment
  • Practical workshop skills and good electrical control knowledge
  • Good mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
