Your Role

As a Support Worker with Discovery, you will play a vital part in creating happy, vibrant, and busy homes. You will work closely with our residents to identify their goals and aspirations, and support them in achieving these through various activities and experiences.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of £12.37 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including flexible shift patterns, 30 days paid annual leave (including public holidays), opportunities for career progression, and access to industry-leading training.

Prior experience in a social care role is not essential, but you must have the right values and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
