About You

We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who can work effectively with our residents to deliver individualised care focusing on their physical and social well-being. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for improving people's lives, and a commitment to teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive rates of pay: £9.50-£10.50 per hour (dependent on experience), plus a £1 an hour weekend enhancement and double time for bank holidays
  • Equivalent to 30 days of paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to the equivalent of 33 after five years' service (pro-rata)
