About the Role

Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Specialist to provide support and promote independence to 6 males and 6 females living in their own homes in Street.

This is a rewarding role that involves assisting with daily living tasks, promoting social inclusion and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
