Transformative SEN Educator Opportunity

A renowned specialist school group in Glastonbury seeks an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to work with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children with SEMH and SEN in a specialist setting.
- A passion for helping students with additional needs reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A creative approach to teaching with the ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
This role offers ongoing training and development within a supportive environment.
