Job Description:
  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5
  • Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of learner progress
  • Collaborate with learners to develop strategies for overcoming barriers to learning
  • Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships (Previously as Frameworks and looking to return to assessing – or more recently assessed New Apprenticeship Standards) in Health and Social Care at Level 3 OR Level 5
  • Occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level
  • Confident and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
