Role: 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

Location: Weybridge - hybrid - 2 days per week

Salary: up to £53,000 + benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global company, you will play a crucial role in developing and advancing our customer solutions offering and supporting the direction we embark on.

This role is due to internal promotions and offers hybrid working with visits onsite to our Weybridge based offices around 2 days per week. The successful candidate will receive a total package of £53,000 and opportunities to earn overtime.

The role is responsible for providing support to the ongoing transformation of our cloud journey. You will help to keep our in-house systems up to date and work closely as a point of escalation for 2nd line team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide 3rd line support for in-house O365 cloud experience
  2. Apply good understanding of ITIL methodology
  3. Experience with Change Management
  4. Experience with Vsphere, Vcentre, SAN environment
  5. Networking experience: DHCP, DNS
  6. Backup disaster recovery
  7. Experience with Meraki and Cisco is a bonus
