### Job Title: Infrastructure Support Engineer

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team in Weybridge. As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing support to the ongoing transformation of our cloud journey.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide support to the ongoing transformation of the cloud journey
* Keep in-house systems up to date
* Work closely as a point of escalation for 2nd line team members
* 3rd line support of in-house O365 cloud experience
* Good understanding of ITIL methodology
* Networking experience: Experience with Meraki and Cisco is also a bonus

### What We Offer
