### Job Title: 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients' cloud infrastructure.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Provide 3rd line support for in-house O365 cloud experience
* Collaborate with the 2nd line team to resolve complex technical issues
* Work closely with the team to keep in-house systems up to date
* Escalate issues to senior technical teams as needed

#### Requirements

* Good understanding of ITIL methodology
* Networking experience with Meraki and Cisco
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

#### What We Offer
